PULLReader is a very work in progress browser plugin for equal access, mainly for people with imparied vision or loss of vision. It pulls all headers from a site and puts them into a list, easy to access via the tab key. It should be right before any menu or such. It features a standard HTML5 text to speech module (so far in English only) with some basic commands.
